Warm welcome and friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Very good bedding. Excellent breakfast with local produce.

Very friendly service, superb, practical chalet apartment, pétanque court and bistro in this small, family-run complex. Ideal for short walks along the beach, with a steep staircase leading down to the cliffs… and a good starting point for excursions along the coast.

As soon as we arrived, we knew our stay would be too short to discover all Céline’s recommendations 🙂 we were warmly welcomed and the atmosphere is relaxed, one might even say family-like. The place is peaceful, on a human scale, the accommodation is spacious, the environment conducive to relaxation and serenity. Our expectations were far exceeded and we’ll be delighted to come back and discover all the nuggets that surround this wonderful place. Special mention to Mickaël for his availability, his attentiveness and his advice.

Excellent, quiet location, the small chalets are perfectly functional and very clean. The welcome and staff are very warm. A delight for children, with a small play area, and wandering around the chickens and geese was a real treat. And the icing on the cake, the breakfast is excellent, very fresh with quality products. We really had a great time as a family, everything was perfect.

We discovered Le Pré Marin on a walk and stayed for dinner, and were delighted with the experience. A warm, family atmosphere, and delicious food. A wonderful discovery!

I highly recommend this place, whether it’s the person who was responsible for welcoming us, the location, the room and the facilities that go with it. The same was true of the breakfast, which was very good (just a little late, 8.30 a.m. for a hike), but it would have been a great pity not to enjoy a breakfast of this quality.

Céline and Cyril are on hand to give us all the information we need about the village and the surrounding area.
The accommodation is comfortable and very clean. The bedding is good and, as in a hotel, bath products are available. The bar, games room, outdoor lounges … everything is top-notch.

A quiet oasis on the coast next to Veules-les-Roses. Lovely, clean and extremely practically furnished cottages in a charming village setting. Next door is a small village center with a boulangerie brasserie and grocery store. All within walking distance, time seems to stand still.

Large, quiet complex in a small village. Good starting point for exploring the region. Beautiful little houses, wonderful rest. Superb furniture with a large terrace. Visit the ducks and chickens. Bakery and small store, every day another vegetable garden in the village. To the left and right in the neighboring villages very beautiful beaches.

The hot tub was hot when we arrived. You can signal every day what time you want to use the hot tub and then they make sure it’s hot. What a service! Beautifully and thoughtfully furnished cottage. Plenty of outdoor space and well maintained. Friendly owners, convivial atmosphere. The restaurant has a limited menu, but we ate delicious food the day we arrived. The restaurant La Valé Normande is also to be recommended and within walking distance. There’s also a bakery in the village where you can pick up your croissant and baguette in the morning.

Only negative point: there was an invasive fly in the chalet 🙂

Cleanliness and equipment were great. As a starting point for driving around Normandy, one of the best gîtes of my life.

Sublime peace, friendly people, simple but tasty breakfast and the meal we had in the evening in their bistro was delicious, healthy and creative. As was the jaccuzi

Literally the only thing that could be improved is adding either warmer bulbs in the cottage or an individual lamp you could turn on/off rather than using the very bright main lounge light or the light from the stove extractor hood – we had some night feeds for our baby and it was more clever with such a bright light!

A comfortable, spacious, functional and beautifully decorated lodge in a green setting! A Nordic bath, heated with wood, very pleasant (thanks Rémy!). A large terrace! A very warm welcome! Free-roaming ducks and chickens add to the charm of the place! The beach is nearby (and magnificent), and the surrounding villages are very pretty! Hotel services in a natural environment! For a night or a week, we highly recommend it!

We loved our stay at Le Pré Marin! It’s a great place to relax and discover the area. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. The gîtes and grounds are beautiful and perfect for children. The little village of Sotteville-sur-Mer has everything you need: a nice little bakery, a small store and an excellent restaurant. Thank you very much Céline and Cyril, I hope to come back!

Absolutely charming, clean and comfortable houses near the coast run by a lovely couple. Highly recommended for families.

Magnificent estate where the charming owners offer you a warm welcome. The accommodation is spacious, very comfortable and tastefully decorated. We opted for accommodation with a Nordic bath that Cyril prepared for us every evening! What happiness!

Absolutely everything is perfect at Le Pré-Marin, we’ve been going there for 2 years and will continue to spend weekends there.

Clean, bright, friendly, everything you need and a visit from the chickens and cats on the terrace. A perfect start to the vacations! We were traveling in the preseason, it was always quiet there.

The peace and quiet, the quality of the service and the Nordic bath, which is much appreciated after a good day’s walking.

We stayed at Le Pré-Marin from May 7 to 9, 2024, and were won over by this little corner of Normandy paradise. Céline and Cyril gave us a warm and attentive welcome, contributing greatly to the peaceful and friendly atmosphere of the place.
Comfortable and tastefully decorated chalets
Our chalet was a real cosy nest, decorated with care and equipped with all the comforts necessary for a perfect stay. The bedding was impeccable and the cleanliness beyond reproach. We particularly appreciated the private wood-fired Jacuzzi, a unique and original experience that allowed us to relax in total privacy.

Céline and Cyril have set up a fun and fantastic vacation village in the middle of a beautiful green village on the Normandy coast. Everything really does give a clean, thoughtful and well-kept impression. The cottages are small but cleverly decorated to make them spacious. It’s welcoming and comfortable, with carefully chosen decorations. All cottages have spacious terraces, partly covered so you can sit out in less sunny weather. In the village of Sotteville-sur-Mer it’s also very pleasant, with a cosy square with an (excellent!) bakery and a small grocery store selling local produce, and everything within walking distance, including the sea, via a beautiful staircase between the chalk rocks.

It was a wonderful stay in a very pleasant and well-maintained property. You can tell the owners love their job and go out of their way to make their guests feel comfortable. All in all, we had a fantastic vacation here and will gladly return! From the village, you can make many excursions and explore the beautiful Normandy countryside. Bar, restaurant, bakery or a little bolt for the kids are all within walking distance. If you’re looking for peace and relaxation from everyday life, you’ll find all your money’s worth in the little village. Large shopping centers are within easy reach in larger towns, but only a short drive away.

We spent a few days in this seaside accommodation. It was a small house with a terrace, fully equipped, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay, and the proximity of a restaurant and bakery made it particularly convenient. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. A big plus was of course the surrounding nature and the possibility of getting to the sea.”

Very quiet, green location, ideal for children, small shops including the bakery less than 100 meters away (a joy for the children to go and get breakfast on their own without risk), very cool owners, available and very welcoming!!!

The bistro part is very good with quality and affordable snacks.

Very close to the beach, cliffs, tourist spots like Veules les Roses, Fécamp, St Valérie en Caux with its port and interesting visits like the cliffs of Etretat, the Benedictine palace, castles and manors…etc ah si and the 231 impressive steps down to the beach

And the icing on the cake, the Nordic bath, super pleasant in the evening for the whole family … and the terrace to enjoy the sun .

We loved the peace and quiet and the open spaces around the villa. Close to the village, restaurant, bakery and grocery store. Apartment well adapted for people with reduced mobility.

Celine and Cyril are very welcoming and will be happy to advise you on the beauties of the area. They’ll also tell you where to buy the best local produce. The place is very quiet and warm. From 7pm onwards, it’s aperitif time, with a board made entirely from local produce. In short, go for it with your eyes closed – it’s guaranteed to be a pleasure!

We booked the Pré Marin for a birthday party with family and friends for 50 people.

The venue lends itself perfectly to private functions: Aperitif in the garden, buffet in the glass roof, all the equipment and configuration needed for an evening of dancing (lights, speakers).

Customized on-site services: brunch, purchase of beer kegs, Nordic bath reservation, loan of table tennis rackets, pétanque court. Help with setting up/configuring reception venues.

Céline and Cyril are welcoming, available and responsive to any questions or help with setting up and running the weekend.

The whole group has excellent memories of our stay, and we’ve received nothing but compliments about the Pré marin.

The bungalows and communal areas are beautifully decorated and impeccably clean, the bedding very comfortable and the garden full of flowers and beautifully maintained.

Your smiles, everyone’s kindness, the service and your cooperation delighted all our friends.

The gîte is located between Fécamp and Dieppe, allowing you to discover the coast via picturesque back roads. Cosy, functional interior

We really appreciated the friendliness and interaction with our hosts. Our gîte was very welcoming and well heated despite the winter temperatures. A pure cocoon of relaxation. And the Nordic bath was a wonderful discovery. We loved the Nordic bath, the comfort of the lodge and the magnificent Sotteville beach, just a few minutes’ walk from the gîte. And the village bakery makes breathtaking brioches!

We loved the Nordic bath, too bad the next day we wanted to use it but it was impossible to get the receptionist on the phone… Nickel cottage, nothing to complain about. We especially liked the cleanliness and the cocooning style.

We had an excellent sunny weekend. Very warm welcome from Céline and her husband. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism. The 2 PMR gites are very practical for disabled people. We recommend it.

From a Norwegian bath to a stroll on the nearby beach, Le Pré Marin enabled us to disconnect and recharge our batteries in just a few days.

Our lodge was perfectly equipped, very clean and comfortable. We were able to enjoy the terrace at all hours, and above all, the Norwegian bath, which was much appreciated after our hikes.

Very relaxed atmosphere… the place is not overcrowded with tourists. Great jacuzzi for relaxing in the evening.

Too noisy, I could hear the neighbor snoring, no Nordic bath in some accommodations. A small welcome kit in the kitchen would be a plus (salt, pepper, oil and vinegar). The wines at the conviviality point are too expensive, which is a bit much.
