The Pré Marin cottages
The village comprises 16 gîtes: 8 luxury lodges for 2/3 people (including 4 with a Nordic bath and 4 with a work desk) as well as 6 family chalets for 2/5 people (including 2 with a Nordic bath) and 2 PMR chalets for 2/5 people (wheelchair-accessible).
The 8 luxury lodges offer every comfort for your stay. The equipment is modern, recent and of the highest quality. The decor is meticulous, with a “seaside” or “country chic” feel. All terraces are spacious (25 m2) and equipped with garden furniture and 2 deckchairs. Some have a superb private Nordic bath. The 8 family and PRM chalets have also been renovated: spacious and comfortable, with 2 separate bedrooms and toilets, they are elegant and cosy. The terraces are also spacious and fully equipped. Our rates include: bathroom linen, bed linen (beds made up on arrival), courtesy tray, bath products and end-of-stay cleaning. You’ll also have access to free parking, communal areas (bistro, activity room, laundry) and Nordic baths (depending on accommodation).

PRM chalets
(for people with reduced mobility)
These 2 38 m2 chalets are specially adapted for wheelchairs, and are also appreciated by the elderly or families with young children for their convenience and spaciousness.
Description :
- The bedroom features a 160×200 cm bed with a night table and closet. The bed is wheelchair-accessible on one side, with ample space for maneuvering the wheelchair. Access to the bed is via a transfer to the right, when the wheelchair has its back to the bed.
- A 2nd bedroom with 3 single beds (2 bunk beds and 1 pull-out bed that can be converted into a double with the lower bed)
- The fully-equipped 4-person kitchen has worktops adapted for optimum use by wheelchair users. An empty space under the sink allows the wheelchair to be moved forward.
- The bathroom features a walk-in shower with fold-down shower seat and grab bar. You’ll also find a raised toilet with two grab bars (transfer to the right of the wheelchair > toilet), a washbasin and a broom cupboard. There’s also an empty space under the washbasin, where the wheelchair can be moved forward.
- Outside, the semi-covered terrace is accessible via a ramp. It is on the same level as the rest of the chalet.
- Access to the chalet from the parking lot (1 reserved disabled parking space) is via a 50-meter gravel path.
